HOW MUCH WILL MY OUTDOOR BLIND COST?
Our shade consultant can give you an exact costing after visiting your home or you can get an approximation via email or by visiting us in our Townsville showroom.
WHAT WIDTH DO THE BLINDS SPAN?
Depending on the product our outdoor blinds can span up to 7 metres in width.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Yes, we do. It’s located at 15 Mcilwraith St Townsville QLD 4810.
We encourage all of our customers to come into our showroom to see our range of outdoor blinds and awnings, learn how to operate them, and meet the team that will custom build them to your specifications.
CAN YOUR BLINDS AND AWNINGS BE CONTROLLED VIA REMOTE OR VOICE CONTROL (IE, GOOGLE, APPLE OR ALEXA)?
Yes. If you are looking for a motorised product, most come with a wireless remote as standard.
There is also the option for app control or voice activation if a separate control box is purchased to enable voice activation.)
CAN YOU ORGANISE THE ELECTRICIAN?
Yes, we have an electrician that is experienced and specialises in power connections for all of our motorised products. They will usually work in with our installers when it comes to installation.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR OUTDOOR BLINDS?
Most of our outdoor blind range of products offer a 5-year warranty on components and 10-year warranty on materials (warranty conditions apply). We take pride in only offering the best possible products and materials to our customers.
WHEN WILL MY BLINDS BE READY?
Each product has a different lead-time however we try and coordinate all products in to one convenient delivery.
In some situations, it may be desirable for you to split the order so as to obtain some products ahead of others. Your shade consultant or showroom consultant will be able to advise you of the lead-times for each product.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY BLINDS?
Different blinds and shades require different processes, and not all cleaning tips apply to all our products. If you’re unsure, please contact us. Most of our blinds come with clear and concise cleaning and care instructions.
